Flour-less Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies


These 6 ingredient cookies take about 5 minutes to prepare and only 10 minutes in the oven. What is better than a cookie that can be done from 6 whole ingredients ingredients that are delicious and full of protein (almost 6 grams per cookie!)


Your family will absolutely love these, and they are prone to disappearing faster than you may want. Gluten free, dairy free and delicious.



  • 1 cup Almond Butter

  • 1 Egg

  • 1⁄2 cup Light Brown Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg until beaten.

  3. Mix in the almond butter, then the brown sugar, baking soda, and vanilla.

  4. Mix everything together very well and add chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop the dough, about 1.5 Tablespoons each, onto prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes. For crispier cookies, bake up to 11-12 minutes.

  7. Cool cookies for 10 minutes on baking sheet and store in airtight container for up to 7 days at room temperature.
