Meatless Spaghetti Bolognese
How do you get 17 grams of fiber into one dish with less than 500 calories? This is a guilt free dish that the entire family can enjoy!
This recipe makes 5 servings and take about 30 minutes from start to finish. A super simple weeknight meal.
1 pound Whole Wheat Spaghetti
21⁄2 cups The Ultimate Beefless Ground
1 pound Frozen Spinach
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook spaghetti noodles in rapidly boiling water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and hold hot.
In a large sauce pot add spinach and marinara sauce and heat until bubbling. Add package of crumbles and heat until warm.
Place sauce over top of noodles and serve.
