Peach Salad Two Ways

The summer time is full of fresh fruit, another great salad is to pair some fresh and peppery arugula;a with the sweetness of peaches. A small sprinkle of goat or Parmesan cheese gives it just the right flavor profile! Feel free to use this same recipes and top with 1/2 cup of any other diced or sliced fresh seasonal fruit!


Goat Cheese Salad with Peaches, Sunflower Seeds, and Balsamic Glaze

  • 1-1⁄2 cups Arugula

  • 1⁄2 Peach

  • 1 tablespoon Goat Cheese

  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze

  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

170 calories, 5.7 g protein, 11 g carbs






Parmesan Cheese Salad with Peaches, Sunflower Seeds, and Balsamic Glaze


  • 1-1⁄2 cups Arugula

  • 1⁄2 Peach

  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano

  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze
