Skinny Pumpkin Spice Latte
Save calories, sugar, and money with this delicious pumpkin spice latte.
12 floz unsweetened dairy free milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp canned pumpkin
1 pack or 1 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp whipped cream (optional)
Place milk, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, canned pumpkin, in a small saucepan.
Heat and bring to a simmer and add in the instant coffee. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. Top with whipped cream if desired.
